Our lavender is grown for the culinary market. We grow it in fields lined with weed barrier cloth to keep the 'buds' as dust free and clean as possible. We use no sprays, pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. It is always ready to eat! After harvesting, no weeds included, we dry it in three days and package it immediately for the freshest herb possible. It has many uses including for tea. Try it in shortbread, fresh fruit salad, lavender ice cream, marinades for salmon, chicken, blended with soft cheeses and so many more.
