Created from our own field of "Violet Intrigue", this delicate angustifolia is the basis of our delightful jelly. A favorite on toast, muffins and scones, but an intriguing enhancement on savory dishes. Try it melted over a roasted pork tenderloin. Made by our neighbors, the Gerber family, it is a new Northern Michigan treat. Ingredients: Lavender angustifolia, water, sugar, pectin. 7 oz.
