This blend works well as an excellent rub for poultry and pork. A favorite dish on the menu at Esperance is Lavender Duck, rubbed with the spices and roasted, finished with our Lavender Jelly during the last ten minutes of cooking. The Lavender Hill Mob sprinkles Lavender Pixie Dust in scrambled eggs.
